PANGYO, Korea (November 6, 2024) – NCSOFT today announced the launch of the ‘First Blood: Two Hearts’ update for its multi-platform MMORPG, Blade & Soul 2.

The First Blood update introduces a wide array of new content, including the Ivory Gale raid world, World Score competition, Blood Boss battles, Fast Track progression feature, and TJ’s Coupon.

The Ivory Gale world offers a non-PvP raid environment divided into two servers, Sura Song Sigook and Ivory Gale Leader Aran. Each server will have weekly raid objectives that encourage character growth and provide opportunities to earn valuable items. This new world also features exclusive world content and a dedicated market, allowing players to actively trade unbound items earned as raid rewards.

World Score is a dynamic, competitive feature, where players from the Sura Song Sigook and Ivory Gale Leader Aran servers compete against each other. Players accumulate points by defeating server-wide bosses, completing party dungeons, and participating in world contents. Every Wednesday at 6 PM, scores are tallied, with the server with the highest points is rewarded with exclusive Dungeon Entry Tickets to access special dungeons where rare and tradeable items like the Golden Toad can be found. Top contributors are further rewarded with premium progression materials such as True Demon Sealing Jade and Taoru.

The Blood Boss unites players across each server to face a powerful, server-wide enemy. Appearing in different regions at varying times each week, the Blood Boss challenges all players to work together for a chance to win valuable rewards though PASS event, including Legendary Necklace, Norigae, Ring, Soul Gem, Amulet, Royal Seal, and Soul Chain. The top three players who excel in the Blood Boss battle will earn an additional reward, the tradeable Ture Demon Sealing Jade.

Players who pre-registered for First Blood can access the Ivory Gale Technique Fast Track, designed to accelerate character progression. Benefits include double XP from levels 71 to 85, along with the Perfect Soul Selection Chest, which allows players to choose a 5-star Legend Soul.

To mark the launch of First Blood, all Blade & Soul 2 players will receive a TJ’s Coupon, enabling them to restore items destroyed during unsuccessful enhancement attempts, available for use until October 30 at 5 AM.
