PANGYO, Korea (October 11, 2024) – NCSOFT has launched the Season 1.5 update for its multi-platform brawler action game, BATTLE CRUSH.
The new update brings a range of new features aimed at providing a more accessible and exciting experience for players. Key highlights include enhanced casual gameplay mechanics, a brand-new game mode, a new character, and numerous improvements based on player feedback.
To speed up the gameplay and intensify the action, BATTLE CRUSH has revamped its Stamina system. Previously, Stamina was consumed with every attack, but the update replaces this with cooldown timers. Stamina is now only used for dodging and specific attack moves, allowing players to attack freely without being limited by Stamina depletion. An auto-revive feature has been added to minimize downtime, ensuring the action continues seamlessly and making the game more accessible for all players.
Season 1.5 also introduces Infinite Battle mode, a new solo mode where a total of eight players compete to eliminate opponents and score points. Players can respawn after a few seconds, ensuring fast-paced, continuous action.
A new character, Athena, has joined the roster. Players who reached Red Tier in Season 1 will receive exclusive equipment and skin for Athena. Athena can be purchased from the in-game store using Gold. Additionally, all 15 existing characters are now free to play, offering new players a broader experience from the start.
Alongside these new features, BATTLE CRUSH has implemented several quality-of-life improvements, such as integrated item options, enhanced UI/UX, and a new Lobby Quick Chat feature.
